A trailblazer in every sense of the word, Roe learned at an early age that if you speak up and stand behind the truth, you can have what you desire. In seventh grade, she convinced the school that she didn’t belong in the trouble-maker, under-achiever classes, and she was put in the smart classes! Roe went on to become a leader who broke through several glass ceilings in her career. In the 1980s, she made a name for herself as a young corporate executive, leading a sales team to over $100 million in sales for one of Wall Street’s top firms. In the 1900s, she built a million-dollar company as the only female partner, providing a blueprint for other women to do the same. Despite losing everything after 9/11 and being a survivor of the horrific day, Roe persevered and founded Gutsy Gals Get More, LLC to inspire and motivate women to embrace their authentic powers and become leaders. Roe is now known as the visionary pioneer of the “Gutsy Gal” movement. A s a TEDx speaker and multi-award-winning entrepreneur for her contributions to leadership and women’s empowerment and a champion of balancing masculine and feminine energies, she has mentored countless individuals to overcome their limitations and reach their full potential.

Today, as co-founder of the Center for Collective Leadership, Roe works with conscious leaders to develop their leadership skills and achieve peak performance in a collective like-minded environment that accelerates and heightens their contribution to themselves, others and the world. Her ultimate vision is for a world where men and women collaborate to create a more inclusive, respectful, and loving society. Roe brings her Brooklyn charm and “street smarts with heart” to all she does.
